The apartment is a little and charming 75 square-meter loft in an antique Milanese palace, pleasantly developing from the doorway till the dramatic glass-walled bathroom.
The living room is located in the front part, composed of a double sofa bed, a table, an ultra-thin 55 inch TV.
A contemporary open-style kitchen overlooks the living room – it is a peninsula kitchen equipped with cutting-edge technology. The appliances are professional, such as the induction hob.
A free-standing fridge and freezer, an oven, a food warmer, a dishwasher, an orange juicer, a kettle, a coffee machine and, last but not least, a wine cellar with beyond 40 bottles capacity are at guests’ disposal.
An extraordinary invisible storage closet is provided with all the necessities for the house care, together with provisions of all sorts.
In sequence you will find the bedroom, which can be hidden thanks to a folding door. It is the center and heart of the loft with a comfortable double bed, a fake wooden fireplace and a wardrobe which has been wisely set so as to create a cozy and elegant walk-in closet including a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The mindset of the landlord, Federico, has remained tied to his life experience in New York. Behind the bed you will not find a back sofa but a parquet footplate with some steps leading to the bathroom.
In this gorgeous bathroom, beyond a stunning glass wall, are two washbasins and a wide mirror, a toilet and a bidet are hidden on the left and on the right a huge niche lodges a shower, made in stone, 180 cm long and 120 cm wide. Hair dryer, hair straightener and all necessary supply (bed sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel) are at guests’ disposal.
